CONSCIOUS LEADERSHIP KEYNOTES

AI will out-think you. It will never out-human you.

AI will out-think you. It will never out-human you.

A keynote for teams and leadership groups facing AI, rising pressure and constant change.
Business psychology and applied neuroscience, with live nervous system data instead of slogans. Allergic to hype.
Your people don’t just hear about the five capacities. They feel them in the room.

Online or on site. English or German. 60 to 90 minutes.

WHAT I SPEAK ABOUT

Three talks. One argument underneath.

Three talks. One argument underneath.

Every talk makes the same point from a different angle: the skills that built your careers are becoming replicable, and the capacity underneath them is not. Each one ends with something the room can use on Monday, not a slide of takeaways.

The Human Edge.

Why AI raises your value instead of lowering it. What stays scarce once intelligence gets cheap: presence, the capacity to hold what is real, and the character that makes people want to follow. For teams in the middle of an AI shift who are quietly unsure what is left for them.

The Capacity Ceiling.

Why good leaders get worse under pressure. Competency determines what you can do. Capacity determines whether you can do it when the pressure rises. With real QEEG data on what a leadership nervous system does at the exact moment it stops being useful.

Four States of Leadership Consciousness.

Which one is running your team? The four states from reactive to conscious, plus a two-minute self-assessment the room completes live. People leave knowing which state they lead from most often. That is uncomfortable, and it is the point.

Mission: scaling positive impact

WHY THIS IS NOT A NORMAL KEYNOTE

Most keynotes leave the room inspired. This one leaves it changed.

Most keynotes leave the room inspired. This one leaves it changed.

Inspiration wears off by Wednesday. What holds is what people have felt in their own body, plus a map clear enough that they can use it without me in the room.
A traditional keynote

  • Three tips on a slide. Gone by Wednesday.
  • Stress explained as a topic. Nobody feels a thing.
  • The capacities stay a model on a screen.
  • The speaker performs. The room watches.
  • Depth traded for comfort, because nobody wants to go first.
  • Everyone leaves inspired. Nobody leaves clearer.
A Conscious Leadership keynote

  • One shift they have already felt in their own body. Still there on Monday.
  • Stress made visible: live nervous system data on the screen, from someone in the room.
  • All five capacities shown and practised live: Nervous System, Mind, Body, Being, Relationships.
  • The room works. I hold the frame.
  • Depth people can actually hold, because the frame is safe enough to go there.
  • Everyone leaves with a map: what pressure costs, and what makes success last.

What “experienced, not presented” means in 90 minutes

What “experienced, not presented” means in 90 minutes

Nervous System. A live scan on stage, and what it says about how a room under pressure actually works.
Mind. The pattern behind the reaction, caught while it is running.
Body. One short practice, done together, so the shift is felt and not believed.
Being. The part of a person that the pressure never reached.
Relationships. One real situation from their own week, worked from where they now are.

The Stress Reset, the recommended card

120 minutes · on site

Not a talk about stress. Two hours in which it actually leaves the body.

Guided stress release in a group setting, with breath work and fascial maneuvers

Participants rate their stress from one to ten before and after. Most land 60 to 90 percent lower.

A live nervous system scan, so the room sees what changed and does not only feel it

What to do with it on Monday, in concrete terms

Opt-out at any point. Nobody is put on the spot in front of colleagues.

Self-Leadership & Resilience

Two days on site · plus a 90 minute online integration session

Two days at the root, then one session four weeks later so it holds.

All five capacities worked through, not presented: Nervous System, Mind, Body, Being, Relationships

The group works its own cases, not mine

Basic and advanced modules, so a team can come back

A 90 minute online integration session afterwards, where the practice meets the real week

On site, English or German

Questions worth asking

STILL WONDERING?

Is this online or on site?

Is this online or on site?

Keynotes work both ways. The Stress Reset and the two-day format need a room: I read what is happening in bodies, and that does not travel through a screen. I am based in Hamburg and I travel.

What do you need from us on site?

What do you need from us on site?

A room where people can stand up and move, a screen, and a microphone for groups over forty. I bring the scanning equipment. Twenty minutes of set-up before we start.

Does anyone have to do anything they are not comfortable with?

Does anyone have to do anything they are not comfortable with?

No. Everything is opt-out, at any point, without explanation. Nobody is put on the spot in front of colleagues, and nothing personal gets shared in the room unless someone chooses to share it. In a company this matters more than anywhere else, and the format is built around it.

What happens to the data from the live scan?

What happens to the data from the live scan?

The scan on stage is a live demonstration, not a diagnosis. Nothing is stored, nothing is passed to you as the employer, and no individual data leaves the room. Measurement that lasts belongs in one to one work, with that person’s own consent, not in a keynote.

Is this therapy?

Is this therapy?

No, this is Leadership Coaching. I draw on methods with real roots in clinical psychology and contemplative traditions, because they work. The difference isn’t the method, it’s the starting point: clinical work is for people who can’t get through their days without help. This is for people who already run their life well, but sense there’s more in themselves still waiting to be explored, transformed, and embodied. If you’re in acute crisis right now, tell me, and I’ll point you to the right support instead.

STILL WONDERING?

Is this online or on-site?

Both work. The Nervous System Reading runs online, sixty minutes: a brain scan of your nervous system as it is right now, the anatomy of the psyche walked through on your own example, and a first piece of coaching on something concrete. Neuro Coaching also runs from home. I send you the neurofeedback device and we set it up together, then it runs without appointments. Deep Coaching can run online too, but I recommend doing it in person at my practice in Hamburg, where I read how your body actually releases tension far better face to face. I'll send you the address once we talk.

Do I need to be spiritual?

Do I need to be spiritual?

No. This is grounded in neuroscience and psychology. No belief required, only curiosity about what you'll find. If you already have a contemplative or spiritual practice, there's real room for it here too, just applied, not just contemplated.

Why can't I just book a normal leadership coach, or ask HR?

Why can't I just book a normal leadership coach, or ask HR?

Of course, and a good leadership coach genuinely helps. Most leadership coaching is content-based, better frameworks, better skills, better at what you already do. This is context-based: it works on the capacity you lead from, so those skills hold under real pressure instead of collapsing, measured with QEEG and neurofeedback so you can see the shift, not just hope you feel it.

How much time does it take?

How much time does it take?

Two hours a month, plus a single small practice between sessions. Never three. Built for people who do not have spare hours.

What happens to my health data?

What happens to my health data?

Your QEEG and neurofeedback data lives on Myndlift, the platform used by neurofeedback clinics worldwide. It sits in your own account in the Myndlift app, and I see it as your coach through the Myndlift practitioner dashboard. Myndlift processes data in Israel, a jurisdiction the European Commission recognizes as offering adequate data protection under GDPR, and you can access, export, or request deletion at any time. Never sold, never shared beyond you and me without your consent. [3]

Can I expense this through my company?

Can I expense this through my company?

Sure, some clients do, others pay for this personally, the way they would invest in any high-leverage part of their development. If you want help framing the business case, we can talk about that on the call.

Why not just do neurofeedback on its own?

Why not just do neurofeedback on its own?

You can, and it costs around 350€ a month. What it will not do is tell you which pattern the data belongs to. Neurofeedback regulates your nervous system. It does not reach the need underneath the pattern that keeps activating it. Together they work: the session transforms the root, the training gives your system the stability to let the change settle, and the data shows whether it held. Across roughly thirteen weeks of consistent training, the neurofeedback research alone reports meaningful shifts in stress, anxiety and sustained attention. That is one of six capacities here, and it is why the Intensive runs four months and not one.
